Composition
Dough: wheat flour, water, salt. Filling: potatoes, potato flakes, water, champignon mushrooms, sunflower oil, salt, onion, ground black pepper, spice "Turmeric". Mass fraction of filling is not less than 40%.
Method of preparation
Without defrosting the dumplings, immerse them in boiling salted water, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes after they float to the surface. Serve with sour cream or sauces.
